Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email and be invoiced for the $50 studio fee.
Friday and Saturday Primetime slots are a $100 studio fee.
This fee is non-refundable, holds your time and date, and results in a discounted ticket price for you and your guests.
Here’s what’s included :
You and your guests will get to choose a DIY Wood project and vinyl stencil design when they register.
You can limit project selection by cost or by project options.
You will receive a link to your event with all options after your facility fee is paid.
You can BYOB your favorite bottle of wine or six-pack of beer. Please no hard liquor. We ID!
You are welcome to bring food or have food catered to the studio for your party.
At this time private parties require a minimum of Five (5) artists. We can accommodate up to 20 artists in the studio for DIY Wood Workshops.
We ask that all registrations be received at least 72 hours prior to event. Registrations attempted after the 72 hour policy may result in loss of ability to accommodate attendance, if seating capacity is reached, and/or ability to choose DIY projects options. If you are unable to meet the minimum by the start of your event, you will be charged for the remaining total to reach the minimum of 5 guests.
